Sculptor
From Sarno. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, Naples. The majority of his work is in Naples, including a statue of Joachim Murat for the façade of the Royal Palace, a bust of architect Enrico Alvino in the grounds of the Villa Comunale. There is also 'Pergolesi Dying' at the opera house in Salerno. Amendola lived in Britain from about 1879-86.
