No dates are given by Forrer, however, he notes that Winter's signature appears on 'many Prize medals, badges, &c., issued by the firm from about 1887 to the present time'.

Forrer notes that Winter's signature appears on 'many Prize medals, badges, &c., issued by the firm from about 1887 to the present time'. Winter also designed the reverse of Spink and Son Limited's Diamond Jubilee medals of Queen Victoria in 1897. See Forrer, vol. 6 (1916), p. 516.
