Born in Tenterden, Kent. She was the daughter of Albert Winser (born c.1830), a farmer owning 231 acres and employing 6 men and 5 boys in 1871. She began working as an assistant art teacher around 1891 and then studied art, possibly in Lancashire although her presence there in 1901 may have just been as a visitor to her brother. From 1904 to 1929 she exhibited regularly at the Royal Academy. She is probably one of the female sculptors that the Royal Society of British Sculptors felt might be included in the 1908 Franco-British exhibition [13 January 1908, Royal Society of British Sculptors: Minutes of Council Meetings, no.I]. Her name was mis-spelled 'Windser'. She died in Kent in 1944.
