Sculptor, modeller, medallist
Born in Dublin. She seems to have come to London in the mid-1890s and by 1901 was teaching modelling. Based on the Census Returns, Bell was still working for the LCC as a teacher in 1911. Between 1896 and 1912 she exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts, the New Gallery and the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool (Liverpool Autumn Exhibition). It is not known whether she stayed in Britain or returned to Ireland.
