Sculptor
Born Larne, Co. Antrim. He was the son of David Wiles (born c.1852, Co. Antrim), clerk to the Petty Sessions in Lairne. Frank's mother, Margaret (born c.1867, Co. Armagh) was a woodcarver. He studied at Belfast School of Art with Seamus Stoupe and then Metropolitan School of Art in Dublin under Oliver Sheppard. He died at the Smiley Hospital, Larne.
