Sculptor
Born in Dublin. He was a member of a large family of sculptors and the second son of Terence Farrell (1798-1876). Joseph collaborated with his more successful brothers, and was particularly known for ecclesiastical work. He died in Dublin and was buried in Glasnevin cemetery.
