Born in Kensington, London. From the beginning of her career Turner was based in a studio adjacent to her father's at 44 Munster Road, Fulham, London, where she stayed until 1932, when she moved to Studio K, 416 Fulham Road. On the death of her father in 1940 she moved to Burwash Common, Etchingham, Sussex and two years later married the coin and medal designer, Thomas Humphrey Paget (1893-1974). She died in Sussex.
