Modeller and plaster worker
Born in Leicester. Son of Fred Glover, born c.1853 in South Croxton, Leicestershire, a wood sawyer (steam). Arthur established a modelling and plasterwork business in London by 1911 and exhibited at the Royal Academy between 1913 and 1948.
In 1944 he 'Overhauled and inspected' the Art Workers' Guild Past-master portrait collection, together with H. Nelson [Sixty-first annual report of the committee of the Art Workers' Guild, p.3].
