Mrs Grace Avery Robinson
Born 1879 (Circa)
Active: 1924
Country of birth and death: Great Britain
Sculptor of flowers
The exhibition catalogue names her as 'Mrs Avery Robinson'. Initial evidence suggests her first name was Grace, and that her husband was a manufacturer and banker. According to Huxley, in the preface to the 1924 exhibition catalogue, Robinson's flowers were made from either 'stiff parchment paper' or 'very thin beaten brass', then coloured with oil paint.
