Sculptor
A Belgian sculptor, probably based in Brussels who may have been associated with free-msaonry. The Belgian people gifted a statue of Isis by Puttemans to Herbert Hoover in thanks for his work on their behalf during the First World War. It stands opposite the Herbert Hoover Birthplace in Iowa.
