Son of Mr Marcus Moxham of Swansea. A student of the School of Art and Nottingham University and articled to Mr Charles Sutton of Nottingham. Began practicing in Swansea in 1887 and entered into a partnership with James Buckley Wilson in 1888. They completed numerous commissions in Swansea and the surrounding area.
