Possibly the Sybil Vaughan Williams born in 1909 in Tylorstown, Glamorgan, daughter of Richard Williams (born c.1877 in Carvarvon), a colliery manager below ground in 1911. Williams worked with the sculptor and modeller Jessamine Stella Bray from the mid-1920s, they are associated with the Dulwich Pottery. They showed pottery statuettes at the Beaux Arts Gallery, Bruton Place, 1929; the Graves Gallery, Sloane Street, 1933; and the Connell Galleries, Conduit Street, 1935.
