Born in Rome and listed as an Italian subject in Census Returns of 1901. Joined his brother, Joseph in London before 1881 and they ran a business together, possibly first in Notting Hill Gate and certainly in Upper Cheyne Row. Vincent died in Fulham. By 1911 Joseph was unable to work and died in 1913.
