The Pen and Pencil Club

Policy: The objects of the club shall be to promote friendly intercourse, and to encourage the interchange of ideas between gentleman wholly or partially engaged in the pursuit of, or specially interested in, the Fine Arts, Literature, Science, and the Drama.
Rules: 1. Monthly meetings, during the period of the year after-named, when the members shall dine together.
2. Special meetings for Artistic, Dramatic, Musical or other entertainment.
3. The Exhibition of the Works of Members, at the Meetings with music, literary readings, and other entertainment.
4. Excursions, if considered desirable.
5. Ordinary members limited to 100
