Policy: Set up for 'the improvement of taste and the revivifying of Irish art'.
Hoped to encourage similar enterprises in pottery and metalwork.
History or description: Run by Mr Gatty, a member of the Gaelic League. By 1907 described as a manufactory, technical college, art school and shop all in one.
Speciality casting plaster made from local gypsum. Opened branch in London 1908. Opened a permanent Irish gallery in premises in Dublin.
