History or description: Liquidation sale of property 1899.
Property at Shaftsbury Avenue/Ormeau Road consisted of 3 acres, including: Stone yard with erections & fixed machinery and necessary appliances for manufacture of artificial flag & stone 'for which there is a large demand in the City'.
Property in 1899 also included stone sheds, breakers, a tramway, flagmaking shed, masons shed & stone saw mill, workshops, 3 fixed cranes & offices.
