Full-page illustrated advertisement, featuring an elaborate iron gate and railings:
'For work of distinction - structural engineers, steel casement makers, manufacturers of fencing, entrance gates and railings: Newcomen Ironworks, Dublin'.
'Steel Structures - designed and produced in Ireland'. By 1931, premises had also moved to 48 May Street, Belfast and 74 South Mall Cork.

Client testimonial published in advertisement in The Irish Builder, June 13th, 1936:

Set of gates illustrated below the testimonial, with Loreto' and 'Convent' carved on pillars flanking the gates on either side. Ornamental filigree work featured along base, mid-section and top sections of the gates and heraldic style shield featured in upper section of each gate, featuring symbols of the Sacred Heart and Crosses.
