To give by arranged courses of study a thorough and practical knowledge of Drawing, Design, Painting, Modelling and Craft Work - Woodcarving, Embroidery, etc. Machine Drawing and Building Construction. Instruction will be given to teachers of Elementary and Secondary Schools who wish to qualify for Drawing certificates, the Art Class Teacher's Certificate, and Art Master's Certificate, and Students who wish to follow Art as a profession, or to compete for the Board of Education Art Scholarship.
History or description: Up to 1946 all teachers listed in prospectuses have been added because there is no indication of which staff taught which subjects.
