Description: Part of large commission for Roscrea, Co. Tipperary, which included a total of 3 altars: high altar, altar to the Blessed Virgin and altar to St Joseph. The commission also included communion rails, Portland stone flagging and tiles, marble for altar top, tabernacle and safe.

Costs of total commission, charged in 1869: £709 8s. 9d., including the two side altars above to the Blessed Virgin and St Joseph.
