Notes: The chapel was designed by Spooner and executed with his wife, assisted by Hilda Bather of the London County Council Central School of Arts and Crafts. Spooner made the candlesticks and collaborated with Christopher Whall in making the Altar Cross. The frieze was designed and executed by Christopher and Veronica Whall.
