Policy: 'The regulations for exhibitors are the usual ones. Commission on sales, 5 per cent. London agents: Messrs. Dicksee & Co., 7, Ryder Street, St. James’s, S.W. All letters respecting the Exhibition are to be addressed to Mr. William Stanfield, Curator, the City Art Gallery, Manchester.
The sum of £2,000 per annum, with the net profits arising from exhibitions, is available for purchase of works of Art for the permanent collection' (Year's Art, 1899, pp. 205-7).
