Description: 'Since the opening (Oct. 1, 1888), there have been twelve Artists' Exhibitions, and eleven special exhibitions on loan, or of "Arts and Crafts," and the like. The visitors to these exhibitions who paid for admission were 565,188 people' (Year's Art, 1901, p. 210).
Policy: 'Sending-in days: London, January 17th and 18th; and Leeds, January 15th and 16th. Commission on sales, 5 per cent. on Catalogue price. London Agents: Messrs. Dicksee & Co., 7, Ryder Street, St. James's, S.W.' (Year's Art, 1901, p. 210).
Display Arrangement: Sculpture was shown in a case in the North Room, on a pedestal in the East Room, on pedestals in the South Room and on a pedestal in the East Room.
