Description: The Royal Society of British Sculptors 1930 'Annual Report' notes that 'the Exhibition has been organised by the President and the Council at the invitation of Messrs. Waring and Gillow. It was the kind suggestion of Lord Edward Gleichen that the proposal was made to the society' (p. 6). It also records that the Queen and Princess Mary were patrons and the Queen visited the exhibition before the private view and purchased three work.
Policy: All works had to be below 3 feet in height.
