Description: The exhibition was described in the catalogue as a 'small but representative exhibition of paintings and sculpture, which has been chosen from the large collection of modern works of art presented to the city of Manchester in 1925 by Mr. Charles Rutherston, of Bradford'. It displayed 'modern' works of art, predominately by living artists.
The exhibition contained painting and sculpture. Ten sculptures were exhibited all of which are undated in the catalogue.
