The front cover of the exhibition catalogue contained the following note: 'Special War-time Arrangement - Any works sold and paid for may be delivered to the Purchaser, and the Artists will be given the opportunity of replacing them by others.'
Display Arrangement: Sculpture, vessels and painting was displayed together. Easel Club members' works were displayed in the Small Gallery; Art Circle members' works (including all sculpture and vessels) in the Large Gallery.
