Description: The exhibition displayed exclusively works by Members and Associates of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists. Pictures and sculptures were displayed together in the Round Room of the City Art Gallery, Birmingham. The exhibition contained 134 works.
Policy: In Autumn 1912 the RBSA exhibitions were held in the Round Room of the City Art Gallery 'owing to the re-building of the Society's New Gallery, which is now in progress upon the old site in New Street.'
The exhibition catalogue includes an essay which is re-printed in subsequent catalogues that outlines the history of the Society: 'A Brief History of the Birmingham Royal Society of Artists.'
