Description: L. D. Luard read report that had already been circulated to members. Debate included: L. A. Turner, R. Hallward, G. Hewitt, K. Bird, J. H. Hogan, A. J. Mavrogordato, and S. J. B. Stanton. H. Morely and H. Speed moved adoption of the report, which was approved. Exhibition of members' recent work also included (Fifty-sixth annual report of the committee of the Art Workers' Guild, 1940, p. 11).
Policy: 'Meetings are held fortnightly, when papers are read and their subjects illustrated as fully as possible. Visitors must be introduced by a member' (Year's Art, 1913, pp. 169-70).
