Description: Given at an ordinary meeting of the AWG on the 8 May 1892. Start time 8pm. Subject is advertised as 'Embossing and Chasing', with a small exhibition, on program cards; annual report makes no mention of the change.
Policy: 'Meetings are held fortnightly, when papers are read and their subjects illustrated as fully as possible. Members limited to 150. Candidates for election must be personally known to proposer and seconder, and be bona-fide workers in some art or craft' (Year's Art, 1890, p. 90).
