Attended by members of the following societies and organisations: Pontypridd Art Society, Abergavenny Art Society, Cyfarthfa Castle, Newport Art Gallery, Arts Council, National Museum of Wales, Newport and Monmouth Art Society, South Wales Art Society, Dowlais Art Centre, Glynn Vivian Gallery, Swansea Art Society, Llanelly School of Art and Cardiff School of Art.
Mr Czilinsky (Newport and Monmouth Art Society) 'asked whether sculpture [...] would be included (in exhibitions).' It was decided that 'Sculpture should [...] be included from the start.'
